What ages is the Inner Circle recommended for?

The Inner Circle is recommended for ages 10-adult. Dancers younger than 10 are allowed to join and participate in all classes, but I’ve found depending on the child, it can be challenging for them to stay committed and/or focused.

Do I need access to a gym?

Nope! If you have gym access, that is fantastic and will be very helpful in progressing some of the exercises , but it is not necessary. 

What equipment is needed for the program?

The main things you will need are:

    • Yoga mat
    • Theraband
    • 2 yoga blocks
    • Lacrosse Ball

Other equipment that is not required but recommended includes, depending on your technique area:

    • Turnout discs
    • Point Stretcher

I can only train 3 days a week, can I still be successful with this program?

Yes! Dancers can choose between a 3 and 5-day program.

How long do most workouts take?

Most workouts take 20-60 minutes depending on the day. BUT it is my philosophy that something is always better than nothing. Therefore if dancers cannot complete the whole workout that day, they are encouraged to set a timer for the amount of time they do have and complete what they can. As long as they stay consistent with showing up, they will see results. 

Can dancers from all organizations do this program?

Yep, Feis Fit has helped dancers from every Irish Dance organization. 

Can I get online private training sessions?

Private online training sessions are available for one on one coaching athletes only and extremely limited. Please refer to the One On One Coaching program to learn more.
