-Individual plan of action with app and videos to help you improve exactly what you need to in your dancing!

-Unlimited messaging via TrueCoach to make sure you are getting the level of support you need!

-Monthly check-in and goal setting meeting to make sure you are staying on track to get where you want to be and make any necessary adjustments.

-Dance video breakdown every 8 weeks to identify strengths, weaknesses, what's working, and what needs to be adjusted in your program.

-Fitness/Movement assessment every 8 weeks so we can be proactive in identifying areas we need to address to avoid injury and take your dancing to the next level.
