*For technique sessions we ONLY work on helping you translate your technique exercises to your dancing. I have a very strict policy on NEVER adjusting any choreography. I’m here to support your TC, not make their life harder.*

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I schedule my sessions?
A: You will see the “scheduling” page in the main menu. When you sign up, you will receive a zoom link for our session. If you are an in-person client, you will schedule a time with Jeanne via email or text. DO NOT use the scheduling calendar if you are an in-person client! 

Q: How many sessions do I have left?
A: We keep track of how many sessions you have left. If you are’t sure, you can email feisfitonline@gmail.com.

Q: If I buy a 5 or 10-pack, can I use some for technique sessions and others for personal training?
A: You bet! Just choose the corresponding calendar when you sign up for your sessions.

Q: What times are sessions available?
A: Monday-Friday! 

Q: I live in the UK, can I still signup for sessions?
A: Yep! I open a handful of morning slots (my morning) to accommodate UK dancers. If you live in a time zone outside the US and don’t see a time slot that works for you, send me an email at feisfitonline@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: What will we work on in my personal training and/or technique sessions?
A: When you signup, you’ll fill out what you are focusing on at the moment and we’ll work on that!

Q: Can I train in-person?
A: Totally! Email Jeanne at feisfitonline@gmail.com if you prefer to train in person.

Q: What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
A: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do it more than 24 hours in advanced or you will lose your session.

Q: Can I gift these to another person?
A: Yes! Email us at feisfitonline@gmail.com to let us know the name you purchased it under and who you’d like to transfer it to.
