It can take up to 1 week to receive your approval! Once you are approved, you will be emailed a certificate and rewarded 30 points. Continue doing the level one kicks and clicks routine, until you are approved to go onto level 2. If you do not have your side splits yet, continue doing this routine until you have them too.

Upload your “after” picture of your front splits on your right side.
For your splits to “count” you must meet the following criteria:
-hips square to front
-legs straight
-flat on floor
-hand on hips or overhead (no assistance on ground from hands)
-hold for 30s per side without any pain/discomfort
It can take up to 1 week to receive your approval! Once you are approved, you will be emailed a certificate and rewarded 20 points. Continue doing the level one kicks and clicks routine, until you are approved to go onto level 2. If you do not have your side splits yet, continue doing this routine until you have them too.
