This is a test of core strength. To pass this test, you must be able to do 5 hollow bodies for 60s each with a 1-2 minute break in-between each one. Set a timer and video your hollow body. Hold it for 60s, take a 1-2 minute break, and repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 rounds. The camera must stay on the whole time to ensure you are doing all 5 in a row. :)
In order to pass, you must meet the following criteria:
-legs below 45 degree angle
-lower back pressed into ground and upper body rounded
-only bottom blades of shoulder blades are allowed to touch ground
-toes pointed and legs straight
